No referral needed. Wear something you can move in, and bring your benefits card.

The clinic's quiet reception, with an oak counter, a deep green wall and two chairs
  1. Arrive ten minutes early

A short form on a tablet, and we sort out your direct billing at the desk.

  2. Talk it through

Your practitioner asks what brought you in, what you have tried, and what you want to get back to.

  3. Assessment and treatment

They explain what they are checking before they check it, and ask before any hands-on work.

  4. Leave with a plan

A clear next step, a few exercises if they suit you, and no pressure to prebook a package.
